Leadership Team

Enitiate's leadership team oversees the project teams and manages the day-to-day operations of the organisation. This includes community and industry engagement, as well as establishing and maintaining internal processes.

The team consists of a diverse range of students undertaking specific roles pertinent to their skills and expertise.

Milan is in his fourth year at UWA studying a double degree consisting of Chemical Engineering and Finance. Milan is very interested in the intersection between these fields and using practical problem solving to deliver projects that provide tangible impacts to communities.

Chelsea is a third year student studying Chemical Engineering at UWA. With a strong interest in renewable energy and decarbonisation strategies, she enjoys tackling complex problems and exploring innovative solutions. She hopes to apply her skills to create impactful change in the transition to a more sustainable future.

Debra is a fifth year biomedical engineering and Japanese student at UWA. She is interested in bio-printing and its role in advancing personalised medicine, particularly in tissue engineering and regenerative therapies.

Hassan is a third-year Civil and Construction Engineering student at Curtin University with industry experience. He has a strong interest in infrastructure and applying engineering principles to practical projects.

She aspires to shape the future of sustainable cities by enhancing resilience, efficiency, and equity in the built environment, contributing to forward-thinking solutions that address both present and future challenges.

Alicia is a fifth year mechanical engineering student at UWA. She is excited about the renewable energy sector and the future innovations emerging. In particular, her passions lie with improving energy efficiency and supporting the transition to more sustainable power systems.

Josephine is a third-year Chemical Engineering student at UWA. She has a strong passion for creating sustainable energy solutions and refining current systems to support a cleaner future. Beyond her studies, Josephine enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and connecting with new people.

Stella is a second year Mining Engineering and Management student at UWA. She is passionate about working in the renewables sector within mining to create a more sustainable culture. Outside of university, Stella is a competitive swimmer who enjoys racing and swimming in the ocean.

She is particularly interested in combining technical engineering with commercial decision-making, and enjoys applying analytical thinking and practical problem-solving to real-world projects to drive meaningful impact.
