Leadership Team
Enitiate's leadership team oversees the project teams and manages the day-to-day operations of the organisation. This includes community and industry engagement, as well as establishing and maintaining internal processes.
The team consists of a diverse range of students undertaking specific roles pertinent to their skills and expertise.

Jamie is in his fourth year at UWA studying a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Philosophy. Jamie majors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and finance to reflect his passion in practical problem solving, technology and business.

Nicholas is studying a Bachelor of Mining Engineering. He joined Enitiate in 2023 as part of the Donut Waste Project Team. Nic enjoyed the opportunity to apply engineering concepts to real world problems and have since moved into the Enitiate Leadership Team.

Nicholas is a first year Juris Doctor student at UWA, with a passion for working on projects which create positive change in the world. He is interested in understanding how renewable energy projects can enable an effective just transition from a policy, regulatory and engineering standpoint.

Yi Lin is in her final year studying a Master of Professional Engineering specialising in chemical engineering. Her interests in Australia's Waste to Energy Initiative and appreciation of engineering design for its technical challenges and practical application to real-world issues led her to Enitiate, where engineering meets social change.
